Donna has a thing for shoes and her husband built her a pretty amazing Shoe Room... complete with purse compartments, boots, etc... I've never seen anything like it. This unfortunately is only a partial picture. (Imelda Marcos would be insanely jealous. )
So naturally, when I make a card for Donna... there is only one choice for a theme:
The "shoe" is a Hero Arts image & is coloured with Copic markers. I've added a bit of bling (Donna Style) and dressed the shoe up using a quickie glue pen & glitter. Added pearls, liquid pearls & diamond bling ontop of the MS edge punch at the bottom. I got a chance to use my new Spellbinder flourish (is that what they're called?) dies along with my new labels die.
So that's my Shoe Story about a card for Donna - oh yeah, and she liked it!
Stamps: Hero Arts, Stamping Bella
Paper: Gina K Pure Luxury White cardstock, MME (Laundry Line), WeRMemory Keepers
Assessories: Glitter, liquid pearls, dew drop, flower, brad, SU ribbon
Tools: Copic markers, Spellbinders, Quickie Glue Pen, MS edge punch
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black

Your card is PERFECT for your friend!! (I'm afraid my daughter will want a shoe closet like that....)
Gorgeous card Carla. I love the colours too.
