Yep - that's me... on the scale every morning. I wouldn't dare have the weight of that big 'ol heavy towel on there though - LOL! Even my hair elastic comes out... and jewelry... and I'm even iffy on the nailpolish! Up one, down one... drink more water... walk a little more... don't eat after 7... geez, it doesn't feel natural this whole deprivation thing. I've always been more "Club Chocolate" if you know what I mean.
So this little Stamping Bella stamp called "Hoping" by Mo Manning won my heart right away. Sentiment reads, "not today... maybe tomorrow".
I've propped up the layers and did a lot of sewing to add some texture. Flowers were an afterthought because I love the creamy colour and embossing (but mainly because I can't leave well enough alone).
I finished inside and added a little portion of the stamp again lightly inked in SU Mellow Moss:

Actually it's not quite 6:30pm yet... and I think I'm looking at a small snack window before the 7pm cutoff. The good news is that since April, I'm down 33 lbs... but still have a "weighs" to go. So this little Stamping Bella stamp called "Hoping" by Mo Manning won my heart right away. Sentiment reads, "not today... maybe tomorrow".

Congrats Carla on the weight loss - you go girl! Love your card today, and that is so me up one, down one, drink more, walk more - I hear ya!
As always, love all your extra details.
Congratulations on such a big loss. You have incredible determination and self-discipline. I'm in awe. And your card is fantastic. I particularly like the little half image you stamped on the inside. Great colour choices.
Congrats on the weight loss - my problem is I am not self motivated these days!!! Awesome card and the inside is perfect
Oh my Carla - 33lbs gone!!! Yay for YOU! Love that image and what you did with the card. Never mind not leaving well enough alone :) Your cards are wonderful with all their layers and texture. I love that about them.
xx
Congratulations - that is a super amount of weight to loose and the image is perfect for continued inspiration. I'd never make the 7pm cutoff though. By the time I make it home from work and complete my 12 mile bike ride I'm pushing 7 and still need to catch my breath before starting dinner. Kudos to you for sticking to it! And I LOVE all your layers...it gives such dramatic interest. Your eyes roam all over taking it all in!
As usual, your card is well balanced with colour and papers and coloured perfectly.
YOu have done so well to lose that weight.....congrats!I need to get more motivated.....
